Заброшенную императорскую дачу Головина на Выборгской набережной отреставрируют к 2027 годуза 80 млн рублей
Памятник деревянного зодчества эпохи классицизма арендовала компания City Solutions предпринимателя Александра Шестакова, следует из итогов конкурса, опубликованного на портале torgi.gov.ru.
Для реконструкции деревянного декора дачи будут привлечены специалисты Первой мебельной фабрики, которая входит в один холдинг с City Solutions, рассказал директор компании Василий Тимофеев. Осенью будет выбрано архитектурное бюро, затем будет проведена экспертиза, которая даст оценку состоянию здания, которое в последние годы было фактически заброшено.
Кроме того, запланировано приведение в порядок прилегающего к даче Головина парка.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
