На самом же деле, земля принадлежала государству.
Тем не менее родственница чиновника, использовав выписку из похозяйственной книги, незаконно приватизировала надел, сообщили в управлении Следкома по Чечне.
Теперь бывшего главу поселения ждёт суд. Его обвиняют в служебном подлоге.
