Владельцы участков смогут получить компенсацию земельного налога в размере 50% при затоплении более 50%. Средний земельный налог для участка в 6 соток (600 квадратных метров) составляет 300-350 рублей за 2024 год.
Чтобы получить льготу, необходимо представить справку от окружной администрации. На данный момент, по состоянию на 3 февраля, заявлений от дачников в налоговые органы не поступало.
Компенсации касаются участков в СНТ "Фиалка", "Сигнал", "Электромера", "Радуга-1", "Сибирский садовод-4" и других. Причины наводнения остаются неясными; дачники подозревают, что золоотвал ТЭЦ-5 мог быть одним из факторов.
