Закончился мой эксперимент с клиникой эстетической медицины “Your place”. Для меня это интересный опыт. Никогда ранее я не проходил косметические процедуры. Могу сказать что опыт положительный. И результат заметен и приятное впечатление от профессионализма врачей косметологов. С врачом Алексеем Демидовым записали небольшой подкаст о том, как правильно ухаживать за кожей лица. Многие вещи для меня были открытием. Например о вреде солярия. Никогда об этом не задумывался, а оказывается это очень вредно. Так что могу смело рекомендовать всем желающим улучшить свое эстетическое здоровье обращаться к врачам клиники эстетической медицины “Your place”. Проверено на себе.

For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels.
