«Алексей заявлял ходатайство об исключении доказательств, они собраны с нарушением закона, в рамках провокации сотрудниками ФСБ», — добавила адвокат.
Заседания будут проходить во Владимирском гарнизонном военном суде с 27 по 29 ноября, суд рассчитывает рассмотреть дело за три дня. По имеющейся сейчас информации, заседания будут открытые.
