Можно много и долго ругать этого человека (или хвалить, если ты либерал), но того, что он вошёл в историю, и в народную память как олицетворение алкоголизма уже не отменить. Так что предлагаю всем желающим отметить этот день следующим образом: пить водку, после танцевать пьяным на сцене с молодыми девушками, ну и апофеоз всего вечера - исполнение песни "Боже, благослови Америку" на пьяно-русском языке. Шикарный трип получается, вполне можно продавать туристам, как программу посещения ельцинских мест.

And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
