Серьезно претендовать на победу в конкурсах могут только Russ, Реклама-Центр, РИМ и Рекмастер, так как вес “квалификации участников” 40%. Под квалификацией понимается наличие в собственности или в аренде рекламных конструкций, количество которых указано в каждом конкурсе отдельно.
Адресные программы свободные, то есть их предлагают сами исполнители. Наибольшее количество рекламы планируется размещать на билбордах, но почему-то только Т-образной формы. Что это за форма, мы не знаем. То ли питерские чиновники так называют все билборды на опоре, то ли только сдвоенные, и чем они лучше стандартных, не понятно.
Начальные цены на конкурсах обозначены следующие (вместе с производством носителя):
