Как сообщает аварийно-спасательная служба Ленинградской области, поступил сигнал о мужчине, который провалился под лед Новоладожского озера, выйдя в него на лодке. Его удалось спасти прохожим.
Спасатели доставили лодку мужчины к берегу. После этого он был передан сотрудникам скорой медицинской помощи.
Жителям Ленобласти напоминают, что выход на ледовое покрытие представляет опасность. Запрет выхода на лед все так же действует в 47-м регионе.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
