لمثل هـٰذا فليُتفقَّه، وليس كلُّ أحدٍ ينميه فقهُه للتنقيب عن هـٰذه النكات ولا يقدر على استخراجها:
فإن من المسائل التي اختُلِف فيها تقديم الكفارة قبل الحنث في اليمين، والمذهب الإجزاء واستثنوا الصومَ؛ فقال ابنُ خزيمة:
"بابُ ذكر تكفير الذنوب بصوم يوم عاشوراء والبيان أن العمل الصالح يتقدَّم الفعل السيِّئ يكون بعدَه؛ فيكفِّر العمل الصالح الذنوبَ تكون بعد العمل الصالح، لا كما يتوهَّم من خالفنا في تقديم كفَّارة اليمين قبل الحنث، وزعَم أنَّه غير جائز أن يتقدَّم المرءُ عمَلًا صالحًا يكفِّر عملًا يكون بعده"، ثمَّ روى عن أبي قتادة:
"قال رسول الله ﷺ: صيامُ يوم عاشوراء إنِّي لأحسبُ على الله أن يكفِّر السنَّة التي قبله، وصيام يوم عرفة فإنِّي لأحسبُ على الله أن يكفِّر السنة التي قبله والتي بعده".
قال أبو بكر ابن خزيمة: "فإنَّ النبيَّ ﷺ قد أعلم أن صيام يوم عرفة يكفِّر السنة التي قبله والتي بعده، فدلَّ أن العمل الصالح قد يتقدَّم الفعل، فيكفِّر العمل الصالح المتقدِّم السنة التي تكون بعده".

It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
