Когда высший руководитель публично со свойственным ему подзаборным юмором презрительно называет Чубайса Мойше Израилевичем, подразумевая этим, что он его тонко таким образом оскорбляет, то бытовой антисемитизм на таком фоне - сущий пустяк.
Хуже власти у страны врага нет, кивать на каких-то неведомых русофобов - это чистой воды перевод темы.
