Если перед нами то, что называется «цветной революцией» (признаки есть, но утверждать пока я бы не стал), то сейчас у нее первый этап, целью которого является смотр сторонников, деморализация власти и постепенный переход к радикальным действиям. Пока всё по классике.
Затем возможен спад активности и даже затухание протеста, но за этим должен последовать второй этап. Как призывает наш президент - «без раскачки». Это радикальный этап с самого начала, и он всегда приурочен к какому-то медийно важному событию. В Киеве это было «звычячче побыття». В Грузии медийно значимое событие - выборы парламентом президента 13 декабря. Чем голосование завершится, известно, но здесь важно, как к этому подготовится улица.
И вот только по итогам событий 13 декабря и после можно будет делать какие-то выводы. Не раньше.

Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
