🔸در زمان حال که با افزایش تورم هزینه‌ها زیاد شده، شاهد افزایشی در درآمدها نیستیم و این باعث کاهش سود صنعت داروسازی شده‌است. سال به سال فاصله هزینه سرمایه‌گذاری و بازگشت سرمایه کمتر شده که باعث کاهش شکاف خلق ارزش می شود یعنی cost of capital به returnal invested capital نزدیک می‌شود. دلیل این اتفاق این است که عرضه و تقاضا در ید حاکمیت است که این حاکمیت صرفا دولت نیست بلکه هولدینگ‌های غیردولتی نیز مدنظر است.
🔸وقتی returnal invested capital بیشتر می‌شود که درآمد حاصل از فعالیت صنعت به خودش خرج شود تا به صورت سالم و ارگانیک رشد کند که در کشور ما به دلیل اولویت‌های اقتصادی که اولویت‌ها را از سلامت دور می‌کند رخ نمی‌دهد. سهام‌داران ممکن است در کوتاه مدت صنعت دارویی را بازار جذابی ندانند اما قطعا این کار باعث مثبت شدن شاخص بورس صنعت دارویی کشور خواهد شد.
🔸در مورد عرضه، سرمایه‌گذار باید آن چیزی که باقی‌مانده نقدینگی در باقی‌مانده شرکت هست را از زنجیره تامین دارو خارج نکند.
🔸در سال‌های اخیر، داروسازی بیشتر از درون خانواده خود ضربه خورده‌است، ارکان نظام دارویی ما همدیگر را بی‌اعتبار کرده‌اند.
🔸در کشور ما، GDP در حد میانگین رشد جهانی رشد نکرده و نیز سهم سلامت از اقتصاد کمتر شده‌است. در جایی که از طرح تحول سلامت که این سهم ۹ درصد بود، الان به حدود ۵ درصد رسیده است.

And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon."
