Продавец табачной продукцией передавал 195 тысяч рублей Волкову под контролем оперативников два дня назад на Таллинском шоссе. По информации «Фонтанки», 40-летний подполковник полиции встретился с коммерсантом в «Фольксвагене Поло», припаркованном у супермаркета.
«Увидев приближающихся к нему правоохранителей, Волков скрылся на автомобиле, однако впоследствии был задержан», — рассказали в СК.
Согласно материалам дела, предпринимателю за систематическую оплату обещали обходить стороной его точки во время проверок по выявлению контрафактной табачной продукции, а также не вносить в протокол нарушения, если они всё же будут замечены. В СК добавили, что Волков частично признал вину в получении взятки.
