Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." For tech stocks, “the main thing is yields,” Essaye said. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
