Либо санкции неэффективны (привет Трампу), либо в бюджет начали поступать средства из «бассейна» или нефиксируемого финансового контура России (слава Путину).
К слову, даже при самых аццких санкциях Трампа против российского нефтегаза экспортные доходы не обнулятся (спасибо Турции, Китаю, Индии).
Так что надеяться на то, что Трамп задушит Россию – пустое.
