Проект Конституционного закона о поправке к Конституции Республики Абхазия «О законодательной и исполнительной власти», который предусматривал перераспределение полномочий между законодательной и исполнительной властью в Абхазии, отозван из Парламента.
Полпред президента в Парламенте Батала Айба отметил, что проект был отозван исполняющим обязанности президента Бадрой Гунба.
«Проект будет доработан и представлен в виде новых поправок», - сказал Айба.
