Из пояснительной записки становится понятно, чьи интересы лоббируют единороссы: "Будет сформирован значительный рынок сбыта для отечественных автопроизводителей, и тем самым будут простимулированы продажи и производство российских легковых автомобилей".
Тем временем, по данным статистики, за 2021–2023 годы цены на Lada Granta выросли в 1,6 раза, а на Lada Vesta — в 1,8 раза.
По мнению экспертов, данный закон приведёт к фактическому уничтожению такси в РФ как пока ещё достаточно доступного способа передвижения для населения, так как большинство таксистов работают как самозанятые, используя личные автомобили, и не смогут позволить себе приобрести новые машины. В итоге, отрасль может потерять до 500 000 водителей.
