Как сообщил Ариг Ус источник в правоохранительных органах, после обысков в Минтрансе Бурятии задержали Эдгара Закаряна – руководителя компании «Доринвест». Фирма активно занимается ремонтом дорог в Улан-Удэ. В прошлые годы Закарян выигрывал многомилионные городские тендеры.
Напомним, ранее из здания Минтранса вывели в наручниках руководителя «Бурятрегионавтодора» Владимира Соснина.

"Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
