Погосян юрист с большим стажем, в прошлом году задекларировал 1 квартиру в общине Ванадзор Лорийской области, в этой же общине он купил гараж в 2021 году. У заместителя прокурора также есть квартира в Ереване, которая была оформлена в залог, а остаток основной суммы ипотеки по состоянию на 31 декабря 2023 года составлял 33 миллиона 905 тысяч драмов. В прошлом, 2023 году Артур Погосян купил автомобиль Honda стоимостью 7 миллионов 800 тысяч драмов. Остатки на банковских счетах Погосяна составили 1 миллион 700 тысяч драмов, а денежные средства - 4 миллиона драмов, 5 тысяч долларов.

Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill.
