Израиль открыл блокпосты, тысячи палестинцев возвращаются домой
Около 200 тысяч человек уже вернулись на север Газы, покинутый ранее из-за войны Израиля и ХАМАС. Всего, по данным Reuters, вернуться смогут до 650 тысяч жителей.
Решение об открытии блокпостов связано с обещанием ХАМАС освободить израильскую заложницу Арбель Йехуд и ещё двух пленных до 31 января.
Перемирие между сторонами действует с 19 января. В рамках соглашения ХАМАС освободил 7 заложников, а Израиль отпустил 290 палестинских заключённых.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS. The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
