Получается, я (условно) покупаю трансформатор, столбы, провод и все это устанавливаю, провожу электричество за свой счет, а потом все это хозяйство отдаю электросетям бесплатно, чтобы они могли свое электричество продать мне за цену куда уже включена стоимость обслуживания, а потом у меня еще берут дополнительный повышенный тариф.
Может тогда мои расходы на трансформатор, столбы, провод и на установку всего этого хоть вернут?
