«Новое дело» обратило внимание, что 12 октября Арбитражный суд Дагестан принял из Карабудахкентского районного суда дело по иску первого заместителя прокурора Дагестана Руслана Ляпина к ОАО по газификации и эксплуатации газового хозяйства «Даггаз».
В определении о принятии иска указано, что прокурор просит истребовать у «Даггаз» в пользу Карабудахкентского района 17 газовых сетей на 402,5 тысячи погонных метров.
