Добрый вечер! Пишем Вам в отчаянии. Может для кого-то эта проблема окажется незначительной. В районе первой Махачкала на Комарова 8а застрял котенок на дереве. Он мяукает два дня без воды и еды, погибая ужасной смертью. Люди пытались достать его сами, но ничего не вышло. Звоним в МЧС, они отказываются приезжать! Пожалуйста, помогите нам!
