Бесплатный фестиваль для беременных женщин и мам новорождённых малышей стартовал в областном центре 1 марта. Островитянкам показали простые упражнения для расслабления уставших стоп и рассказали, как правильно дышать во время физической активности.

Беседу с сахалинками провел и известный в области акушер-гинеколог Андрей Гуржий. Он разъяснил вопрос криоконсервации яйцеклеток - в последние годы эта процедура набирает популярность у женщин, которые откладывают планирование материнства по личным соображениям, но хотят в дальнейшем иметь своего малыша.
