But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source." Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country.
