Damit umschrieb er die geballte repressive staatliche Macht gegen gesetzestreue Bürger, bei dem gleichzeitigen grotesken Unwillen des Staates, seine Macht zur Durchführung seiner eigentlichen Aufgaben zu nutzen, wie eben zur Erhaltung der Inneren Sicherheit. Genau diese „Anarcho-Tyrannei“ sind aktuell unbescholtene Bürger auf den Weihnachtsmärkten der Republik ausgeliefert.

But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
