Изначально Caterham CSR 200 продавался как родстер с винтажным дизайном, но в швейцарском ателье Helvetic Motor Company разработали для него уникальный закрытый кузов.

В его разработке принимал участие дизайнер формульной команды Sauber. Новые панели выполнены из стеклопластика и карбона.

Силовой агрегат остался без изменений: спорткар приводится в движение «четвёркой» Ford 2,3 литра, доработанной в Cosworth и развивающей около 200 л.с.
