Удивительная встреча сегодня произошла. У начальника второго отряда Областной противопожарной службы Валерия Мучипова родилась дочка. Это уже третий ребенок в семье.
Валерий сейчас на боевом посту. Руководит работами по укреплению дамбы в селе Викулово, а жена находится в перинатальном центре в Тюмени. Чувствует себя хорошо. Девочку назвали Верой. В честь бабушки, которая воспитывала Валерия.
За время паводков это уже второй случай. Я рассказывал историю пожарного-спасателя Никиты из Ишима, который узнал о рождении дочери во время дежурства на дамбе.
Жизнь продолжается, значит, все у нас будет хорошо!

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
