📌 رأی بسیار مهم دیوان عدالت اداری برعلیه وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری/ محاسبه نمرات مردودی دانشجویان در میانگین کل نمرات ابطال شد

🔹 با شکایت مهدی حسین‌دوست، هیئت عمومی دیوان عدالت اداری در تاریخ ۱۴۰۳/۹/۶، آن بخش از ماده ۱۱ آیین‌نامه یکپارچه مقررات آموزشی دوره‌های تحصیلی کاردانی، کارشناسی، کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری تخصصی که بیانگر محاسبه نمره یا نمره‌های مردودی دانشجو در میانگین کل دوره (علی‌رغم گذراندن آن‌ها با نمره قبولی پس از مردودی) است را از تاریخ تصویب (۱۴۰۲/۴/۲۵) ابطال کرد.

🔸 این دادنامه نه تنها برای دانشجویان ورودی سال ۱۴۰۲-۱۴۰۳ و بعد اعمال خواهد شد، بلکه دانشجویان ورودی قبل از آن (که محاسبه نمرات مردودی در میانگین کل مقطع تحصیلی‌شان براساس شیوه‌نامه داخلی دانشگاه و نه آیین‌نامه مورد شکایت در این دادنامه بوده است) می‌توانند با استناد به این رأی و طی یک اظهارنامه رسمی از دانشگاه خود بخواهند که معدل کل آن‌ها بدون لحاظ نمرات مردودی محاسبه شود و در صورت عدم تمکین دانشگاه، به شعب دیوان عدالت اداری شکایت کنند.

Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
