Уфа занимает в рейтинге 13-е место, минус одна позиция по сравнению с прошлым годом. В 2018 году столица Башкирии вообще была на 7 месте. Значительное влияние на мнение людей оказала пандемия, из-за которой серьезно просел уровень жизни.
И тут есть еще один опасный момент: высокая неудовлетворенность перспективами карьерного развития формирует активное миграционное поведение населения, побуждает активную часть жителей к отъезду.
Если такая тенденция сохранится, то Уфа через пару лет может столкнуться с настоящим кадровым голодом.
