«При мне люди с поврежденными ногами и руками ковыляют. Ужас какой-то. Большей подлости я в своей жизни не встречал», - рассказывают очевидцы.
В минздраве РБ, что характерно, ситуацию не прокомментировали. Да и как оправдать этот позор?
