"Во-первых, надо наказывать жёстче, на мой взгляд, этих людей. Я не кровожадный, но когда человек поджёг у себя траву и полдеревни спалил и платит штраф за это, если его поймали, 3 тысячи рублей - это, извините, смешно", сказал Иванов на форуме "Экосистема. Заповедный край" на Камчатке.

"There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market.
