Как утверждают в РПЦ, необходимость такого документа стала очевидной в пандемию, когда в ряде медицинских учреждений отказывались пропускать священников к пациентам с коронавирусом. Согласно новым правилам, больница должна допустить духовных лиц в палаты интенсивной терапии и реанимации, однако инфекционные отделения для них все равно останутся закрыты. Пройти к верующим смогут только священнослужители "централизованных религиозных организаций".

Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
