Если судить по оборотам УК "Тимирязевская" - а это около 1 миллиарда в год - речь может идти о хищениях сотен миллионов рублей. И если удастся доказать вину, основным фигурантам дела грозит лишение свободы на срок до десяти лет.
Напомним, что под управлением компании с 2006 года находилось около 150 домов. Ранее активные пользователи соцсетей обнаружили признаки подделки подписей в протоколах о переходе домов под управление УК.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added.
