Компания ООО "Прайм Недвижимость" Андрея Бокши выиграла торги по продаже 61 гектара земли у деревни Голиково в Солнечногорском округе Подмосковья. Бошки – бывший партнер совладельца Capital Group Павла Те и гендиректора "Россетей" Андрея Рюмина.
Земля была приобретена в рамках торгов по банкротству ООО "Новосходненское М". Компания Бокши предложила за участок 600 млн рублей. А есть ли у “Прайм Недвижимость” такие деньги? Судя по по бухучету - нет. Однако, если по нему судить, то у компании вообще ничего нет. Там везде проставлены нули. В организации людям даже видимость честной компании создавать лень.
Деньги у Бокши появились в результате совместной работы с Рюминым и Тё, которые дружно выводили деньги из своих многочисленных организаций. Однако почему всем этим не заинтересовалась налоговая - непонятно.
