Ранее директор ФСИН России Александр Калашников предложил использовать заключенных там, где в России не хватает рабочей силы и куда приглашают трудовых мигрантов.
Вице-премьер России Марат Хуснуллин говорил, что на стройки можно привлечь 180 тысяч заключенных.
"Мы провели эксперимент, связанный с ФСИН. Было создано 114 исправительных центров, больше 5 тысяч сотрудников было туда привлечено, которые работают на многих стройках в РФ и достаточно хорошо" — сообщил председатель правления НАПКО-СП Сергей Быстров.

Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
