Владимир Сорокин: Да, это был 1975 год, мистическая история. Врач, которая лечила нашу семью и, заодно, Эрика Булатова, была у нас дома и увидела мои работы. Я думал тогда, что я художник. И говорит: надо показать, у меня есть знакомый художник, тоже пишет странные картины. С этого все и началось.

Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world." Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields.
