Den Backofen auf 200⁰ Ober- und Unterhitze (Umluft ca. 180 Grad) vorheizen. Aus dem Teig kleine Kugeln formen und aufs Backblech setzen. Mit einem in Mehl getauchten Kochlöffelstiel Mulden in die Kugeln bohren. Achtung, bitte nicht durchbohren! Die Konfitüre glatt rühren und mit einem kleinen Löffel in die Vertiefungen der Teigkugeln füllen. Im vorgeheizten Backofen 10-15 min backen. Sie dürfen nicht zu braun werden. Auskühlen lassen, dann mit Puderzucker bestäuben.
