Интересно, Игорь Иванович хоть немного следит за своим позиционированием в соцсетях? Ну зачем в Братске про успехи в медицине писать, когда вот глава региона буквально в январе встрял ногами в жир на теме медицины во время встречи с жителями Братска?
Ну а про неработающий рентген, который так и не работает, еще в сентябре на встрече говорили! Ну это уж вообще зашквар.

Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
