Согласно данным портала, к 20:52 мск 308 пользователей оставили жалобу на работу сервиса в течение последнего часа, всего за сутки на сбои в СБП поступило 3 194 жалобы. Больше всего жалоб поступает из Санкт-Петербурга (6%), Москвы и Самарской области (5%), Республики Калмыкия и Нижегородской области (4%). По данным сервиса Downdetector, среди основных проблем - сбой сервиса (86%), сбой сайта (7%) и неполадки с мобильным приложением (4%).

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
