В ситуацию вмешалась районная прокуратура. Руководителя фирмы-подрядчика привлекли к административной ответственности по статье «Действия (бездействие), повлекшие неисполнение обязательств, предусмотренных контрактом на выполнение работ, с причинением существенного вреда охраняемым законом интересам общества и государства».
