Для того, чтобы обеспечить безопасный прием отходов, был создан экологический танкер-бункировщик «Георгий Москалев». Экотанкер работает в местах, где наблюдается наибольшее скопление флота. Отходы принимаются в шести точках на территориях Иркутской области и Бурятии.
