Суд признал Мусина виновным по ч. 2 ст. 201 УК РФ («Злоупотребление полномочиями») и назначил ему 6 лет 6 месяцев колонии. С учетом того, что по первому уголовному делу Мусина приговорили к 11 годам колонии, суд посчитал, что в совокупности по двум преступлениям он должен провести в тюрьме 12,5 года.
Сумма ущерба по делу — 26,7 млрд рублей. Мусин свою вину не признал, отметив, что за эти преступления он уже был осужден.

For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
