Об этом говорится в новом постановлении правительства. 7 дней на явку в ТЦК дается жителям областных центров, а 10 дней - жителям области. Интересно, знали ли бусифицированные тысячи украинцев, что раньше после повестки они могли подождать целых 2 недели.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
