2014: ЗА – 115, ПРОТИВ – США, Украина и Канада, ВОЗДЕРЖАЛИСЬ – 55, среди них – страны – члены Евросоюза

2019: ЗА – 133, ПРОТИВ – США и Украина, ВОЗДЕРЖАЛИСЬ – 52.

2020: ЗА – 130, ПРОТИВ – США и Украина, ВОЗДЕРЖАЛИСЬ – 51.

2022: ЗА – 120, ПРОТИВ – 50, ВОЗДЕРЖАЛИСЬ – 10. Против резолюции выступили страны НАТО. Впервые среди проголосовавших против оказались Австрия, Венгрия, Германия, Италия и Япония, то есть экс-страны гитлеровской коалиции.

2024: ЗА – 116, ПРОТИВ – 54, ВОЗДЕРЖАЛИСЬ – 11.
Текст резолюции как в 2014-м, так и в 2024 году оставался одинаковым. Её суть и смысл невозможно поставить под сомнение. Неприятие резолюции объясняют тем, что она нарушает свободу слова и может дать России возможность политического давления на своих соседей.
