Приготовление:
▪️К мясу красной рыбы добавить яйцо, лук по желанию. Если у вас фарш, то все перемешать, если стейк, то проблендерить с яйцом и луком. (У меня стейк форели, сняла шкуру, вынула кости, нарезала на мелкие куски и измельчила блендером), ▪️Сформировать котлетки, слегка посыпав сверху муку и немного на руки, чтобы мясо рыбы не прилипало к рукам. ▪️Обжарить котлету до легкой золотой корочки. ▪️Добавить сливки и тушить на медленном огне под закрытой крышкой 10-15 минут.
