Пекли еще на прошлой неделе с микро Шефом: вкусное, рассыпчатое печенье к чаю.
Рецепт нашла в детской книжке «Я пеку печенье». Рецепт там только один, но зато какой🔥#проверенныерецепты
Нам понадобится: 🟢200 гр. муки 🟢140 гр. сливочного масла 🟢50 гр. сахара 🟢цедра одного лимона 🟢щепотка соли 🟢1 ч.л корицы
1⃣Масло порежем на кубики.
2⃣Добавим к нему яйцо и аккуратно замешаем миксером.
3⃣Затем добавим к смеси муку, корицу, щепотку соли и цедру лимона. Замесим тесто, соберем его в шар и уберем немножко отдохнуть в холодильник минут на 15-20. (На этом пункте мне очень захотелось побыть тестом😆)
4⃣Отдохнувшее тесто теперь можно раскатать. Вырезать разные фигурки с помощью формочек для печенья и отправить загорать в предварительно разогретую духовку при 180* на 10-15 минут.
5⃣Наслаждаться рассыпчатым и ароматным печеньем за чашечкой горячего чая🫖
