Русь святую ты любилъ,
О ея счастливой долѣ

         И любилъ того, кто правилъ Русью, матушкой родной.
         Подъ гербомъ-орломъ двуглавымъ
         Надъ славянскою страной!
Твой девизъ—девизъ священный:
«Русь для русскихъ создана“—
И завѣтъ намъ неизмѣнный:
„Русь быть русскою должна!
         Быть изъ вѣка-въ-вѣкъ славянской,
         Православною страной.
         Крѣпкой въ вѣрѣ христіанской.
         Міръ пока стоить земной!
Свой девизъ, свое стремленье
Ты хотѣлъ осуществить,—
Злыхъ враговъ для посрамленья
Отъ дѣлъ русскихъ удалить.
         Ибо зналъ,—кто выжимаетъ
         Силы, соки изъ людей.
         Мира, радостей лишаетъ:
         Кровопійца—іудей!
Іудей, Христа продавшій,
Планъ успѣлъ твой разрушить...
Злобой къ ближнему дышавшій—
Порѣшилъ тебя убить!
         И... убилъ, убилъ, Іуда!
         Обезсилилъ Русь и насъ!
         Мы-жъ терпимъ... Зачѣмъ? Докуда?!
         Заплатить насталь ужъ часъ!
Мы заплатимъ. Мы—славяне:
Живъ Столыпина въ насъ духъ!
Русь, какъ волны въ океанѣ.
Вмигъ поднимется вся вдругъ!

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
