Эмитент допустил технический дефолт по погашению части номинальной стоимости облигаций серии БО-П01 на 12.5 млн рублей.
Причина неисполнения обязательства – отсутствие денежных средств в необходимом объеме.
При этом эмитентом выплачен доход за 39 купонный период полном объеме – 2.27 млн рублей.
Компания, в лице генерального директора ООО «Феррони» Павловой М.Н., уведомила, что с большой долей вероятности, часть номинальной стоимости ценных бумаг по выпуску серии БО-02 также будет выплачена позднее установленного срока, но купонный доход по выпуску эмитент намерен направить в установленный срок.
📆 Планируемая дата исполнения обязательств по выпускам по выплате части номинальной стоимости – до 22 января включительно в полном объеме.
