В администрации города и теплоснабжающей компании «Тверская генерация» объясняют холодные батареи «низким давлением в системе» и обещают устранить неисправность к концу текущей недели.

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
